Draw the iso.
Get the cut list.
Fusion Flow Pipe ISO turns a sketch on your phone or tablet into exact pipe cut lengths, a bill of materials and a print-ready PDF isometric. Take-outs come from built-in ASME B16.9 and B16.5 dimensions.
Stop doing take-out math on cardboard.
Every cut starts with the same math: travel, minus the take-out of each fitting, minus the root gap. Do it by hand fifty times a day and one slip costs you a length of pipe. Pipe ISO does that math for every line on the drawing.
CUT = TRAVEL − TAKE-OUTS − ROOT GAP
19 5/8″ travel − 3″ − 3″ (two 2″ 90° elbows) − 1/4″ (2 × 1/8″ gap) = 13 3/8″
By hand
- Take-outs from memory or a pocket chart
- Math on a piece of cardboard
- Rewrite the cut list every time the line changes
With Pipe ISO
- Take-outs looked up by size and fitting
- Cut lengths update as you draw
- Bill of materials and PDF ready to hand off
From sketch to cut list in four steps
Pick the size
Choose pipe size and schedule. Every fitting you place uses that size’s dimensions.
Draw the line
Tap the grid to route the pipe. Lines snap to isometric and 45° angles.
Place fittings
Drop elbows, tees, reducers, flanges and valves right where they go.
Enter lengths
Tap a line and type the travel. Between two 45s, use Offset and Run.
Real screens from Pipe ISO

Everything the fitter needs. Nothing they don’t.
Automatic cut lengths
Travel minus take-outs minus root gap, on every line. When two fittings meet, it marks a direct weld. When a length is too short to build, it tells you instead of showing zero.
Offsets and rolling offsets
Enter Offset, Run and Roll between 45s and let the app work out the travel.
Full fitting library
90° and 45° elbows, tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps, lap joint stub ends, flanges from Class 150 to 1500, and gate, check and butterfly valves.
Your own take-outs
Using fittings from a different manufacturer? Enter a custom take-out and the cut updates.
Bill of materials
Every cut and every fitting, counted by type and size, ready for the material request.
PDF isometric
A letter-size drawing with a north arrow, bill of materials and title block, ready to share or print.
Field reference charts
Butterfly valve bolt chart, orifice flange stud bolt chart, standard stud and wrench chart, and a combination offsets chart.
Save every job
Save and reopen projects by name. The current drawing saves itself, so closing the app doesn’t cost you the work.
English or Spanish. Inches or cm.
Switch language and units any time, so the whole crew can use it.
A drawing you can hand to the foreman
Export a clean isometric on a letter-size page: the spool, every dimension, the bill of materials and a title block. Share it or print it at the job trailer.

Questions from the field
What happens when the beta ends?
During the beta you pay nothing. After it ends, Pipe ISO will require a paid subscription — the final price hasn't been set yet, and you can cancel anytime.
Do I need internet on the job?
No. Pipe ISO runs entirely on your phone or tablet. Drawing, calculations, PDFs and saved projects all work with no signal. Your subscription is checked through Google Play whenever you have a connection.
Where do the take-outs come from?
From built-in dimensions based on ASME B16.9 (butt-weld fittings) and ASME B16.5 (flanges). If your fittings are different, enter a custom take-out.
Which pipe sizes are covered?
Nominal sizes from 1/2″ to 36″, with schedule selection.
Is there an iPhone version?
Pipe ISO is on Android today. Contact us if you want to hear when an iPhone version is ready.
Can I use it in Spanish?
Yes. The whole app switches between English and Spanish, and between inches and centimeters.
Can I share the drawing?
Yes. Export the isometric as a PDF, then send it or print it.
